By placing an order on saveinstant.ca, you agree to these terms. Products are sold by SaveInstant for delivery within Canada unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders. An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. You will receive email confirmation when an order is accepted.
Pricing & taxes. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your address and membership tier.
Membership & store credit. Paid memberships (Plus / Elite) and 2% store credit are subject to the benefits described on the Membership page. Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law.
Product information. We aim for accurate descriptions and images. Colours and packaging may vary slightly. Always check ingredient labels if you have allergies.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, SaveInstant is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
