Return Timeframe: Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging materials, accessories, and documentation included.
Exceptions to Returns: SaveInstant will not accept return requests based on price variation, change of requirement, expectation mismatch, late arrival, or if the return window of 30 days has been exceeded. Certain items marked as non-returnable, including perishable goods, hygiene products, pet food, digital products, and personalized items are not eligible for return. Additionally, due to safety regulations, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials.
Restocking Fee: Should any items be returned under circumstances outlined in our “Exceptions to Returns” section, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping costs associated with the order will not be reimbursed.
Customer-Damaged Items: If an item has been damaged or altered by the customer, it is not eligible for return.
Return Authorization: Before returning an item, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is necessary for proper processing and tracking of your return. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. In such cases, SaveInstant will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We advise customers to use a traceable shipping method and retain the tracking information to ensure a successful return delivery.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. The refund amount will include the purchase price and any applicable taxes, minus the original shipping cost incurred.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired replacement product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at SaveInstant within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to rectify the issue promptly.
Return of Sale Items: Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns.
Cancellation: Cancellation of items/orders may be made prior to the completion of orders. Cancellation made after the item(s) have been shipped and/or after 2 hours of the initial purchase, will require approval.
