2) How can I track my item(s)?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website.

3) How long does shipping take?
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the product you’ve ordered and your location. In general, our standard shipping times are as follows:

For items in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within Canada.

For international deliveries, it can take anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on the country and customs procedures.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

Please also be aware that during holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer due to increased demand and postal service delays. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.

4) When will my order ship if some items contain a pre-order item?
The order will ship when the pre-order item arrives. All of your items will arrive all at the same time.

5) Who delivers my item(s)?
Your item(s) will be delivered by one of our trusted shipping partners which include FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, and ICS Courier. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.

The choice of courier varies depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. We always aim to ensure your order arrives at your doorstep safely and efficiently.

You will receive detailed information including the specific courier used and the tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can track your item(s) and know when to expect delivery. Please note that the carrier may require a signature upon delivery for certain items or locations.

6) I placed an order for in-store pick up. How will I know it is ready?
Once your order is ready for in-store pickup, you’ll receive an email notification from us. This notification will confirm that your items are packed, prepared, and awaiting your arrival.

Please note, the preparation time can vary depending on the item and its availability. However, we do our best to ensure your order is ready as quickly as possible.

When you come to pick up your order, please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
